About the Project
We are completing a high-speed industrial lighting upgrade inside an active food processing facility. Work will involve removing existing fixtures and installing new industrial LED lighting throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, and elevated work zones.
This project requires focused, detail-oriented installers who can work efficiently in a team environment, follow safety rules, and take pride in doing clean, professional work.

Position Overview
We are hiring Electricians and Lighting Installers to join our field crew. You will work under the supervision of the Project Supervisor, supporting fixture change-outs, wiring, testing, commissioning, lift operation, material handling, and work-area organization.

What You’ll Do
Remove, install, and secure industrial lighting fixtures.
Run, terminate, and dress wiring neatly and safely.
Operate scissor lifts/boom lifts to reach elevated work areas.
Follow food safety + facility PPE protocols (hairnets, no jewelry, clean zones).
Use hand and power tools safely and properly.
Maintain clean, organized work areas.
Follow supervisor instructions and work plans.
Communicate clearly and work efficiently with your crew teammates.
Respect production areas and avoid disruptions to plant operations.
Identify hazards and follow safety practices at all times.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years electrical or lighting install experience (commercial or industrial)
- (We are open to skilled apprentices / journeyman / experienced installers.)
- Ability to work safely on lifts and overhead fixtures.
- Basic familiarity with:
- LED fixtures and drivers
- Wire termination and mounting hardware
- Hand tools, PPE, and lock-out / tag-out awareness
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to follow safety + cleanliness rules.
Preferred (Not Required)
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
- Scissor / Boom Lift certification
- Experience working in food plants, factories, or clean facilities
Work Environment
- Active food manufacturing facility.
- PPE required (hairnets, protective glasses, gloves, etc.).
- Work performed at elevation and around production equipment.

Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
